PremoWeb LLC is a trusted provider of premium internet and web solutions, serving clients across the United States and beyond. Operating as PremoWeb Internet Services in California and PremoWeb LLC globally, we have been crafting unique solutions for the internet and web since 1997.
Our History
Our journey began in 1997 when the company was first formed as Serving You Web Solutions in Crescent City, California, providing small regional dialup, ISDN and DSL services and hosting solutions. The company rebranded as PremoWeb LLC in 2001. PremoWeb Internet Services was co-founded by Nick Maietta in 1999. The company was sold in 2005, and after the brand's dissolution in 2013, Nick Maietta re-acquired the PremoWeb brand in 2016. In 2021, PremoWeb Internet Services was set up once again, and in 2024, the current PremoWeb LLC was formed, combining PremoWeb Internet Services with Maietta Consulting (1997-2007), bringing together decades of combined experience and expertise.
